UK Universities Fair Day

It was a cold Thursday morning in TCSH on the 6th of March and tables had been set up along the ground floor in preparation for the annual UK education fair. Representatives from a number of well respected and recognised universities from the United Kingdom had arrived early to prepare their allocated booths. This was a crucial event for universities as students would soon be preparing to fill up their UCAS applications with only five universities of their choice.

" You may choose between this and that. "
The event started as planned at 10am and it wasn’t very long before the ground floor of TCSH was flooded with students eager to learn about the universities that they had planned to further their studies at, such as the universities of Sheffield, Liverpool and Bristol and many others; all of which had prepared more than adequate material on the numerous courses offered at their respective institutions. However, the University of Manchester, University of Nottingham and Heriot-Watt University were the favourites of the day with many aspiring engineers flocking to their booths as they had highly reputable and competitive engineering programmes.

"And let's see, what was I about to tell you?"
Brochures, booklets & all kinds of informational and promotional material were swiftly snapped up by an unrelenting crowd of college students over the course of the next 2 hours.  Most students had already vacated the area by noon, satisfied with what they had learnt; and finally leaving the university representatives to pack up after a successful day for both the students and the universities.

"Looks like you don't have too many customers yet."
